Okay...
Either Blogger hates me, or some of the people I regularly read have suddenly decided to moderate/and or delete my comments. Please reassure me that you haven't suddenly decided to shun me.
"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

I've been hearing reports of recent Blogger comment weirdness, so I don't think it's just you.
I'm not shunning you!
*hugs*
And I'm reading "In Defense of Food", which has been very interesting. I think I'm going to pick up "The Omnivore's Dilemma" next. I participated in a local farmshare last summer and will be doing the same thing this year, but the winter was difficult. Don't have a solution for that one yet...
I can report that I don't hate you, so it must be Blogger...although I might be easier to win over, as I am more than willing to trade affection for cupcakes.
I don't use blogger. And you've been commenting. So I think we're all good :)
I don't moderate comments on my main (well, text) Blog, but I'm not sure you read that (I rarely update it these days anyway). I do moderate - my choice - comments on my photo Blog, but only because it's not open to just friends and WD friends, but internet acquaintances I've picked up through photo challeges - and I've given the address to work colleagues. WD-specific jokes (or rude comments) are fine if it's mostly WDers reading, but when I factor in more unknown people and then add in work colleagues and my boss reading - I prefer to have the option to remove comments that are NSFW ;-) Never had to do it yet, but better there and not using it!
(my photo Blog is linked on the side of my Blog, or it's now listed on my profile, if you need it).
But I wouldn't shun you [hug]
